What is mindfulness

This state encompasses observing one’s thoughts and feelings without judging them as good or bad. It is essentially about being more aware and awake in every moment of your life. It is about intentionally paying attention to each moment, being fully engaged in whatever is happening around you and within you. The term is closely related to the verb sarati referring to the process, “to remember”.

This is critically important: we’re learning to create a healthy habit of mindfulness.
